I was originally referred to Applause Your Paws company through my dog walker, Flavia Berti of Equipaws Pet Services. Last week was my last week of training and I just wanted to say thank you for making it such a great and positive experience. We enrolled our dog Kimber in the Cane Good Citizen group class in Palmetto Bay, FL with Amaris. She was extremely helpful and very patient. She took the time to answer all my questions even after the class. We also had the opportunity to work with Emily and her passion for animals really shone through. She was very knowledgable and had great enthusiasm. The highlight and most memorable moment during the training was the one on one personal in-home training session with Mike. He was absolutely amazing! It was wonderful to see Mike work with our Kimber and learn from him. He explained everything in a way that was very easy to understand and follow. Mike was also extremely professional and punctual. That hour with Mike was not only educational, but enjoyable and inspiring as well. He truly is a dog whisperer! We are so proud of Kimber for earning both her CGC Title through the AKC and also her Therapy Dog Certification through TDI.
